LTV Production respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. All content on our platform is either:

We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement.
2. DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Required Information for DMCA Notices
Your written notification must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL or description).
- Your contact information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of federal court in your district
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We maintain records of all DMCA notices and take appropriate action against users with multiple verified infringement claims.
5. Content Licensing
All video content on LTV VOD is properly licensed. Our content comes from:
- In-house Production: Original content created by LTV Production studios
- Exclusive Licensing: Content licensed directly from artists and creators
- Creator Partnerships: Content uploaded by verified creators who own or control the rights
- Distribution Agreements: Content acquired through official distribution deals
6. User Uploads and Copyright
If you upload any content to our platform (such as comments with media), you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the content
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- You have obtained all necessary permissions and releases
7. Fair Use
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use under applicable law. However, fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis, and we are not in a position to make such determinations. If you believe content is fair use, you may include this in your counter-notification.

All music used in our content is properly licensed through:
